About Shelley S. Butler Barlow
A Suffolk resident for 30 years, and a Virginia resident for 54 years, I was born in the Midwest and went to grade school in Pennsylvania. I completed 7th grade through graduation in Chesapeake public schools and received my Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech. I have lived and worked in the Chuckatuck Borough for 30 years, farming with my husband on our family farm. My favorite pastimes are gardening and spending time outdoors, enjoying leisure time with family and friends near and far, and traveling to places both familiar and new.
