I am a married father of three children--all of whom attend Norfolk Public Schools. My wife and I have lived in Norfolk for more than 20 years. I am a retired naval officer, currently working as a System Engineer and, since 2021, I have served as the Scoutmaster for Scouts BSA's Troop 1 which serves Norfolk families in the Ward 2 neighborhoods.
