About Aaron T. Weaver
Aaron T. Weaver is a lifelong Hampton resident, citizen advocate, and candidate for Hampton City Council At-Large. He was born in Newport News, raised in Hampton, and educated through Hampton City Schools before graduating from Hampton University in 2008. Aaron is a third-generation shipbuilder and currently works as a Production Planner and Scheduler at Newport News Shipbuilding. He previously served residents directly as a Hampton 311 Advocate, helping people navigate city services, report concerns, and get clearer answers from local government. Aaron believes one of the best indicators of what a person will do in the future is what they have already done. His record reflects that standard: showing up, asking hard questions, doing the research, and helping residents understand what local government is doing. His work centers on Residents First, Growth with Purpose, and Public Clarity.
