About L. Allen R. Neel
I'm Allen Neel, a veteran and retired aerospace systems engineer who has called the Front Royal area home for the past 15 years. My professional career in aerospace systems engineering involved analyzing complex systems, understanding how their individual parts affect one another, evaluating risks and alternatives, and developing practical solutions that could be successfully implemented. I currently serve as Chairman of the Front Royal Planning Commission, where I have worked on complex land-use and community development issues while listening to residents, Town staff, and differing viewpoints. My military service, aerospace systems engineering background, and service to the Town have shaped the disciplined, thoughtful, and results-oriented approach I would bring to Town Council.
