About Christina Anne Delzingaro
I have spent more than 30 years in nonprofit and public service, working to address poverty, expand opportunity, improve access to healthcare, and strengthen communities across Central Virginia. My career has included leadership roles with The Arc of the Piedmont, Goodwill, the AIDS/HIV Services Group, and the Free Clinic of Central Virginia. I am the co-founder and serve as CEO of Community Access Network, a $16 million nonprofit Community Health Center providing healthcare and support to thousands of Lynchburg residents each year. I am a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College, earned my MBA from Averett College, and received the Center for Inclusive Communities Humanitarian Award in 2022. I know what it means to struggle, and that experience has shaped how I lead and my commitment to helping others overcome barriers. I am running for City Council to bring people together, solve problems, and help ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
